General conditions
Check-in Online
Before your entry, you must validate the data of all the occupants through our Online Check-in service. You can check-in online up to 3 days before your arrival. It is mandatory to formalize the delivery to your accommodation, otherwise you will not be able to access the accommodation.
Entry. Check-in
Key collection is done at the accommodations using a smart lock application, starting at 4:00 p.m. (beforehand, you can enter if the accommodation is clean, checked and under our authorization).
Later arrivals must be notified in advance and must be confirmed by GuestWay.
Departures. Check-out
Check-out takes place until 11:00 a.m. on the last day of the reservation, leaving all keys (including the parking control, if any) in the key box where they were collected.
The accommodation must be left in the same state in which it was delivered, unless you pay for the final cleaning service and we will take care of it.
Surety
3 days before your arrival, you must deposit a deposit by means of a bank retention (It is mandatory to deposit the deposit with a credit card), specified in the accommodation file. The deposit will be returned to the same credit card 48/72 hours after departure from the accommodation, once the property has been checked.

Changes and Cancellations
After receiving the confirmation, you can make changes, as long as they are possible, accepting the corresponding rate difference, if such exists. Reservations changes to accommodations with special rates are not accepted. Only the holder of the reservation can make changes and always in writing: reservas@guestway.es

The maximum occupancy of each accommodation can never exceed that expressly authorized by GuestWay and local authorities.
Rules of behavior in the accommodation
Our accommodations are located within buildings and residential areas, so apart from the following general rules, all the rules established by each community must be respected.
Neither GuestWay nor the owner of the accommodation are responsible for any type of damage, direct or indirect, that may be caused as a result of misuse by the client, including without limitation of any kind, losses due to fires, theft, accidents or other types of damage. Failure to comply with any of the above rules will result in the loss of the pre-paid rent and the deposit deposited.
Booking an accommodation with GuestWay implies the absolute and unconditional acceptance of these general conditions, as well as the jurisdiction and competence of the local courts and tribunals, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction, if different.
Claims
Our goal is to provide you with all the necessary elements for you to enjoy your vacation and, if there is a problem or deficiency of any kind, we would appreciate it if you let us know so that it can be resolved as soon as possible. Claims of any kind made to GuestWay after the day of departure will not be addressed in any case as we understand that you agree with your accommodation since you have decided to stay in it. If during the rental period any breakdown occurs in the facilities and / or equipment of the rented accommodation, you must immediately notify GuestWay, notifying the event, and it will proceed in the best and fastest way possible to resolve such mishap. For these purposes, the tenant expressly authorizes the landlord to enter the home in his presence and in his absence, with the technical personnel required in each case and to carry out all the actions that are necessary to solve the fault. The tenant accepts these conditions and expressly agrees not to file a claim with the landlord for damages that may cause spontaneous or fortuitous breakdowns that may occur during their stay in the apartment.
Replacement or cancellation by GuestWay
In the event of force majeure (damage caused by water, fire, sale of accommodation, etc.) GuestWay will replace the reserved accommodation with another of similar characteristics or with a better one, depending on availability, or will cancel the contract by reimbursing the total amount paid.
Right of Withdrawal
The Right of Withdrawal will not be applicable according to the exceptions contemplated in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
Article 103. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal will not be applicable to contracts that refer to:
l) The provision of accommodation services for purposes other than serving as housing, transportation of goods, vehicle rental, food or services related to leisure activities, if the contracts provide for a specific date or period of execution.

Traders established in the EU who enter into contracts for the sale or provision of online services will offer an electronic link to the online dispute resolution platform on their websites.

- If the cancellation is made more than 14 days before your arrival date, GuestWay will refund 100% of the amount paid.
- If the cancellation is made less than 14 days before your arrival date or in case of no-show, GuestWay will retain 100% of the amount paid.

Rules of behavior in the accommodation
Our accommodations are located within buildings and residential areas, so apart from the following general rules, all the rules established by each community must be respected.
- The hours of rest are from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. Within these hours, any type of noise or music is strictly prohibited.
- The use of water and electricity must be measured and rational. When the air conditioning is working, the doors and windows should remain closed.
- It is forbidden to hang / hang towels or other objects on the terrace railing.
- If your accommodation has parking, you should only park in the space indicated by GuestWay.
- The pool schedule is set by each community, in general it is from 10:00 to 20:00.
- Both in community pools and in villas with private pools, it is mandatory to shower before using the pool. Shampoo, soaps and other products are not allowed in the pool / shower.
- All types of violent game (balls, shovels, discs, ...) are prohibited. Neither can you use mats and floats in the pools.
- Objects such as umbrellas, awnings, tarpaulins, etc. cannot be nailed down. on the grass.
- Children must always be accompanied by their parents and always under their responsibility. In the event of an accident, GuestWay is out of all responsibility.

GUESTWAY HOSTING IS NOT CONSIDERED RESPONSIBLE IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:
- Negligence or omission of services provided by third parties and attributable to them (electricity, water by general meter)
- Theft, damage or destruction caused by third parties.
- Fire, explosion, flood or power outage.
- The correct use and enjoyment of the accommodation and the attached facilities will always be under the strict responsibility of the user.
- Works or constructions near the vacation property.
