Faced with the situation generated by Covid-19, we have developed a new transformation strategy in the operation of our tourist accommodation based on the following premises:
During all this time, and based on these principles, we have been implementing new protocols and specific measures in order to offer you a safe vacation, for you and yours. Below you will find the new protocols and measures that we have implemented in all our accommodations. So that you enjoy your stay, with total security and the tranquility of always.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
All our rates for sale are cancellable at no cost. Cancellation can be made up to 7, 14 or 28 days before the date of entry. There may be some exceptions for certain accommodations at certain times of high demand. Please, review the conditions of the selected rate during the reservation process with the exact details of the terms and conditions of each property.
In case you have made the reservation on a platform or other intermediary, we recommend that you contact the latter to obtain information on the policies that apply.
GuestWay reserves the right to modify the above conditions and the content of this page depending on the evolution of the pandemic, adopting the guidelines of the government and health authorities.

Prevention measures:
- We receive specific and updated training on the new protocols and measures implemented.
- Hydro-alcoholic gel dispensers and mask are incorporated in the housings.
- The luggage storage service will not be available.
Cleaning and Hygiene Measures:
- We collaborate with companies specialized in sanitary and industrial cleaning that guarantee compliance with the regulations and measures recommended by the Ministry of Health.
- Sheets and towels: You will be provided with a plastic bag to deposit all the sheets and towels so that they are not manipulated until their subsequent treatment in the laundry.
- As always, all the textiles in our accommodations (sheets, towels, pillows, bedspreads, curtains, etc ...) are sanitized and treated in industrial laundry with virucidal disinfectants.
- Each of our accommodations will be treated with stricter individual cleanings after each reservation. Incorporating new hygiene models and new products such as hospital disinfectant.

- Doors, knobs and door handles
- Light switches
- All headrests and arms
- Dining tables and chairs,
- Sinks, taps, dishes, trays and cutlery and kitchen areas
- Bathrooms and toilets, including all surfaces
After disinfection of the accommodation, the frequently used elements will be sealed.
Social distancing measures:
- The CHECK-IN will be done exclusively ONLINE.
- We will use smart locks with opening through an application to access the accommodations.
- We digitize our tourist guides: Once the online check-in is done, all our clients will receive our Free Ebook of the Costa Dorada with recommendations and excursions to do on their own.
- To resolve any questions that may arise during your stay without having to go to our offices, we provide you with 24-hour service by Telephone, E-Mail and WhatsApp.
- All actions by our maintenance and / or cleaning team will be carried out when the occupants are outside the accommodation. Our staff uses approved masks and disposable gloves for each accommodation.
